Play is the work of a child and this should be reflected by the tools you have in your childcare centres. Your set up should encourage children to develop and grow. A fundamental part of this set up is to encourage learning, the products you have within them should allow children to improve on their math, vocabulary and language skills, but should also provide a safe environment. Your childcare centres are an extension and should reflect a child’s home, make every individual feel included, and teach and encourage them to include others through your set up.
